AJ Pritchard 's girlfriend Abbie Quinnen has removed her bandages to show the horrific burns on her face after an Instagram stunt went wrong.
The dancer, 23, was rushed to hospital in January after a trick to cut a bottle in half with a flaming rope left her engulfed in flames.
She suffered third degree burns and had to undergo three skin grafts as doctors fought to treat her injuries.
Abbie has now bravely revealed the injuries she sustained in the accident, peeling off her dressings to show her face covered in bright red burns.
As well has burns on her face, she also sustained nasty injuries to her arm and chest, which have also been wrapped up in bandages.
Abbie was transferred to an intensive care unit at Ealing Hospital before later being treated at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital’s specialist burns .
She told The Sun she was lucky the flames narrowly missed her eye: "My face was burning hot, it felt very painful. I was lucky it missed my eye.

"I had massive blisters filled with water on my chest, neck and face and they had to pop them and clean the areas...
"My face swelled up. I couldn’t see out of my right eye.
"Luckily, there were no mirrors in the bathrooms but I kept glimpsing my reflection in my phone screen, it was horrific."

She underwent multiple skin graft surgeries and Abbie admitted that after losing much of her hair in the fire, she didn't want the surgeon to take skin from her scalp to help mend her burns.
Abbie explained: "I had an amazing surgeon who told me I needed to decide where to take my donor skin from, the back of my head or the other side of my rib cage.
'I couldn’t cope with shaving my head and losing more hair, so we went for my rib cage."
However, the surgeon later found Abbie had an infection so they have to use donor grafts called allografts instead of her own skin.
She went on: "I would cry in the night before each operation. Every time I had an operation that didn’t work with my own skin I would wake up shaking, I was so worried I wouldn’t heal."
The accident happened when Abbie and AJ were attempting to recreate a stunt they'd seen online - and she has now warned fans to be extra careful when copying tricks from social media.

In a post on line, she wrote: "I am sad I have been absent in the last few weeks and haven't posted much with AJ, we so desperately wanted to be able to share daily vlogs with you all but unfortunately I have had an accident.
"Whilst we were attempting to create a glass bottle into a vase following a YouTube tutorial it went terribly wrong and it resulted in me incurring injuries and burns requiring continuous hospital treatment over the past seven weeks.
"I really need you all to be careful with what you're doing and if you're copying any YouTube videos. I will be OK, I love you all.
"I also want to say a massive thank you to the nurses and doctors and the Chelsea & Westminster burns unit for their incredible care and treatment."
