Abbie Quinnen has bravely showcased the true extent of her injuries six months after a freak accident left her with third-degree burns.
AJ Pritchard rushed his girlfriend to A&E earlier this year when the 24-year-old became engulfed in flames after a rope which she was using for a TikTok video went on fire.
The couple were in the middle of filming a ‘life hack’ video where they showed followers how to cut a glass bottle in half to be used as a vase when the freak accident occurred.
The dancer has since undergone three skin grafts as doctors fought to treat her burns, and she must now avoid sunlight and wear a compression vest for two years for the best chance of a full recovery.
Now, Abbie has opened up about the lasting impact of the horror accident as she shows her extensive burns six months on during an appearance on Lorraine.

The blonde beauty can be seen wearing a strappy cami top as she shows off her shoulders and chest where her skin is scarred.
Abbie explained that she has to keep her skin overly-moisturised so that her scars will heal as quickly as possible.
The brave star said: “I basically just have to use circular motions and keep all of my scars hydrated. And after I do that I use my silicone sheets.
“Then I put my compression vest on, which I wear for 23 hours a day."

Former Strictly Come Dancing star AJ was beside Abbie as she bravely showcased her burns, and her doting boyfriend opened up about how difficult it has been seeing her in pain.
He opened up about how difficult life has been after the incident.
Aj shared: "There are very bad days and there are very, very bad lows. And it makes me feel very upset."
Following the accident, Abbie admitted that she feared AJ would no longer love her because of her burns.

Speaking to Naga Munchetty on BBC Radio 5 Live earlier this year, Abbie recounted her experience and admitted she'd asked AJ if he still wanted to be her boyfriend after the flames that still "haunt" her.
Abbie said that in glances of herself that she caught on her phone screen, she felt she looked ‘like an ogre’.
“Unfortunately, it was a bit of a nightmare and something that definitely haunts me now,” she admitted.

“As soon as it happened, I kind of thought that was it for me. I just kept asking AJ 'is my face okay? Am I going to be okay? Will you still love me?'
"I was just thinking the worst, that was it. My career, what I love doing is completely going to end and I'm never going to look the same again.
"So, for me, I was just completely beaten up. I didn't know how I was going to recover from this.
"I'm so lucky that my face is still okay."

Since the freak fire, Abbie and AJ have gone from strength-to-strength and the lovebirds recently celebrated their two-year anniversary.
Meanwhile, Abbie is hoping for minimal scarring to be left, with her optimistic that a year or two from now ‘it will look a whole lot better’.
