The Strictly Come Dancing pro, 24, jetted off to Crete with his new love, where he's been sharing a string of loved up snaps.
But he surprised fans when he started sharing pictures of his parents on the sun-soaked trip.
In a snap posted to his Instagram stories, AJ and Abbie stripped down to their swimwear as they waited to board jet skis.
But he soon added pics of his mum Debi and dad Adrian eating breakfast at the same resort he's staying in with his girlfriend.
He then shared one of him cuddled up to his mum alongside a pink love heart emoji.
AJ confirmed his new romance on Instagram on Friday with a very coupley shot as they headed for a night out on the Greek island.
The pair held hands for the photo, with the professional dancer captioning it: "Feeling HAPPY."
While over in Majorca, AJ's younger brother Curtis, 23, has been having similar luck with the ladies the Love Island villa.
After moving on from 'half girlfriend' Amy Hart, Curtis has caught the eye of Irish grid girl Maura Higgins.
Last night viewers were left convinced that Curits and Maura had sex under the covers after they officially coupled up.
As it was the girls' turn to pick, Maura said: "I would like to couple up with this boy because I fancied him from the very beginning and recently I finally had the balls to tell him how I felt.
"Over the past few days that I've spent with him I've had the best time since walking in. I'm very giggly and smiley when I'm around him and even some of my friends in here have said that I've gone soft."
The next moirning he gushed about his feelings for Maura.
Curtis said: "I'm not going to lie, I'm having the best time I've had in the whole villa. The whole time here, I'm not joking, I've had the most fun."
