Aitor Karanka craves new 'project' after Nottingham Forest

Aitor Karanka has revealed what it will take for him to return to management.

The Spaniard has been out of work since leaving Nottingham Forest in January, after just one year in charge at the City Ground.

And as he looks to make a return to the game, he has told Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo what a club must offer him to convince him to take a job.

"I'm looking for something that motivates me and that I see that can make that club better, make it grow.

"And I insist that now that the family issue has changed and I am open to training anywhere."

"Especially a project, knowing that it is complicated by the rush in football today," he said.
