Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace has proudly showed off the results of her latest surgery after having a 'Supercharged Brazilian Butt Lift'.
The 42-year-old reality star, who shot to fame when when she appeared on Big Brother, explained that she wanted to "look like Jessica Rabbit" and had thought long and hard about going under the knife.
After "years" of mulling it over, Aisleyne finally decided to go ahead with the procedure that took fat from her back and stomach to give her a more peachy derriere.
Aisleyne had flown to Marbella in December 2020 to undergo the surgery.
In her latest clip, that Aisleyne shared with her 322,000 Instagram followers over the weekend, the television star guided her fans through the entire process.
"Some of you may be wondering why I want to make my bum bigger. Because it's quite big, I'm not going to lie, it's quite big," she said prior to the surgery.
"The reason is, is because I want that hour glass figure. Everyone knows that I train - well, I put a lot of weight on for this surgery - everyone knows that I train back home. And you just can't achieve the curves that I want through training."
The reality star added: "You can't get the bigger hips, you can't look like Jessica Rabbit. And I want to look like her.
"I want to be running her out of competition. I want to run Jessica Rabbit off the streets with my big hips and big booty."
In the footage, there were also several clips of her during the surgery before she documented her recovery.
Elsewhere in the clip, Aisleyne showed off the results of her operation two weeks later and had nothing but praise for the surgeon she had enlisted the help of.
In her caption, the reality star also added that she couldn't be happier with her new bum.
She wrote: "My shape is exactly how I wanted it, I've always wanted a more womanly shape... now I have it."
Aisleyne, who had put on over a stone in weight before her surgery, had previously also spoke about hopes of making money with her new derriere thanks to OnlyFans.
Speaking to Closer magazine earlier this month, Aisleyne was confident that her new bum will 'earn her a cool million' thanks to OnlyFans subscibers.
