SCOTTISH airports are among the cheapest in the UK for summer holiday car parking, according to research by online travel outfit My Late Deals.
The firm compared the cost of parking for the same two weeks at an official car park at 22 of the UK’s busiest airports.
And Edinburgh Airport’s Long Stay Express car park was the least expensive at just £43.99. Glasgow was ranked eighth least expensive, with a price of £66.87.
Those prices contrasted starkly with the most expensive – £196.50 for London City airport, while the average rate for the cheapest space at an official airport car park for two weeks came in at £88.34.
