Airdrieonians will not appoint a replacement for former director of football Stuart Millar.
Millar quit the club last month, ending a 40-year association with the Diamonds, and they have this week told said they are not seeking a new candidate to take on the role he had held since March 2019.
A spokesman for Airdrie told Lanarkshire Live Sport : “We won’t be replacing the Director of Football position.

“The club’s main focus is to maximise the remaining fixtures and end the season as high as possible.”
The Diamonds are back in training this week after the suspension on lower league football was lifted.
The club are building towards the return of the League One season on March 20, although no fixtures have been drawn up with the League and the SPFL disagreeing about how the season should be completed.
The governing body say they have severe reservations about the clubs' plan to play a 22-game season with play-offs.
Airdrie are currently fourth in League One after just 10 games played and trail leaders Falkirk, who have played a game more, by five points.
