Airdrie teenager missing for more than a week sparks renewed police appeal to trace him

Police are renewing their appeal for the public’s help as part of their efforts to trace a boy reported missing from Airdrie last week.

Kullin Lawson, 15, was last seen in the Airdrie Road area of Plains, North Lanarkshire, on Tuesday, March 8.

Enquiries indicate that he may have travelled to the Aberdeen area and may now be in the Motherwell area.

Kullin is described as being 5ft 8, medium build, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black and white Mackenzie jacket, black hoodie, grey joggers, black trainers and was in possession of a black pouch-style bag.

Anyone who may have seen Kullin, or who has any information which could be relevant, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number PS-20220308-3380 .

UPDATE: Kullin Lawson has been traced safe and well.
