Josh Kerr is looking to kick on with Airdrie after signing a new contract this afternoon.
Defender Kerr joined the club from Brighton and Hove Albion in 2019, and has signed a contract extension, despite interest in him from other clubs.
Having helped the Diamonds to the Championship play-off final, the 23-year-old told the club's website: "It’s good to get it done, now that I’ve got my name on the dotted line I can focus on pre-season.
"We ended the season strongly so we just need to carry that on. There’s a few other boys staying on so we’ll be looking to take that momentum into this season.

"I feel like my development is going well here and I have a good relationship with the gaffer, so it made sense to stay. If I have another good season, who knows what could happen?"
Manager Ian Murray said: "We’re really glad to get Josh signed up for another year, it suits him in terms of his development and it suits us as a team.
"Last season was a little stop-start for Josh due to injuries - but the way he plays, how dynamic he is in a back three and a back four, and his speed, are essential to us and the way we want to move forward.
"We’re delighted Josh is staying with us and now it’s a case of getting ready for pre-season and the opening matches."
