A plane carrying 191 passengers on board has crashed in India.
The plane was landing in Calicut, at Kozhikode International Airport after travelling from Dubai when it crashed near the runway, reports TheMirror.
According to reports, it skidded off the runway at the airport and plunged into a valley.
Local reporters are saying the plane "crash landed".
The pilot has died in the crash and many others have been hurt, according to the Indian politician KJ Alphons.
Firefighters and ambulances have rushed to the scene, with paramedics ferrying the injured to local hospitals.
Shocking pictures show the plane broken in half, with the front end of the aircraft separate from the main body.
