Air ambulance lands in Arnold park amid reports of medical emergency

An air ambulance landed in a Nottinghamshire park after a "medical emergency" was reported. Residents in Arnold said the air ambulance landed in Killisick field on Monday morning (February 13).

East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) has provided Nottinghamshire Live with further details about the incident. The service sent two paramedics in fast response cars and a crewed ambulance.

A spokesperson for EMAS said: "We received a call at 8am on February 13 to a private address in Arnold. The caller reported a medical emergency.

"We sent two paramedics in fast response cars and a crewed ambulance. The air ambulance was also in attendance.

"All our resources have since left the scene." At this stage, no further details are available.

Residents have taken to social media to say that they hope the person involved is OK.
