A helicopter is at the scene of an emergency in Pembroke after a man was found unconscious next to a pond.
Police were called to the Mill Pond in Pembroke at around 10.30am on Tuesday.
It’s understood that the man, of unknown age, was found on the path that surrounds the pond, and not in the water itself.
A Wales Air Ambulance helicopter has been sent to the scene and landed near the incident.
Police have confirmed that they remain in attendance, along with two vehicles from the Welsh Ambulance Service.
A spokeswoman for Dydfed-Powys Police said: “Officers are at the scene of an on-going incident at Mill Pond, Pembroke.
“They received a report of an unconscious man at roughly 10.30am this morning (June 25).”
“Air ambulance are also at the scene.”
The condition of the man or any injuries suffered are not known at this stage.
