It is not currently known how many people were involved in the accident or the extent of any injuries.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.05pm on Sunday, 6 December, officers were called to reports of a two vehicle crash on the A82 south of Tyndrum.

“Emergency services are currently in attendance and the road is blocked.”

“Please use an alternative road and allow plenty of extra time for your journey.”

The road reopened shortly after 3pm.
