Aid worker fashion - share your pictures

man in jungle outfit.
Do you look like you’re on safari when you’re working in the field? Photograph: Alamy

Do you spend every waking hour in khaki canvas trousers and walking boots, or do you go for the three-quarter-length cargo pants and socks and sandals ensemble? We want to know what you wear in the field, how you balance practical with culturally appropriate – and if white t-shirts really are a bad idea.

Does your NGO make you wear uncomfortable t-shirts with logos plastered all over them? What’s the optimum number of pockets to have on a travel waistcoat? And what does “breathable clothing” even mean?

Show us your photographs of the best and worst aid worker fashion.
