AHMEDABAD: A 48-year-old Amraiwadi woman has filed a police complaint stating that a man molested her during a fight with her husband and son over a dispute relating to the renovation of her house.
The woman said in her FIR filed with Amraiwadi police on Saturday that her husband had bought two houses in the area. She said the assault on her husband occurred when renovation was underway.
The accused, Vishal Rajput and Omprakash Mishra, approached her husband, 50, and her son, 22, and accused them of encroaching on their land. The complainant’s husband objected to the accusation and asked for documents. Rajput and Mishra then began thrashing the woman’s husband and even beat her son. Rajput later molested her in public before locals rescued her.
