The WA Government, the Australian Football League (AFL) and the WA Football Commission (WAFC) have finally struck a deal to move AFL games to the new Perth Stadium in 2018.
The agreement includes the WAFC getting a guaranteed $10.3 million a year for the first 10 years.
The financial arrangements will be reviewed after that period, with potential extensions.
The deal effectively brings an end to tense negotiations, which recently saw the AFL renew its threat to stay at Subiaco.
The ABC has been told the Premier is yet to formally sign the agreement, but it is essentially what the Government had offered.
Next year's fixtures are expected to be released soon.
The stadium is due to be officially opened in January, and will be the home venue for matches for WA's two AFL clubs, the West Coast Eagles and the Fremantle Dockers.
