Aggressive goose goes viral after terrorizing Florida A&M students on campus

An aggressive goose ruffled some feathers after it was caught terrorizing students at Florida A&M University in a now viral video.

The antagonistic goose was filmed stalking students outside the Florida A&M University (FAMU) journalism school on March 3, pacing back and forth on a sidewalk and chasing after people for simply trying to pass by.

“He just attacked this female that was passing by, I’m talking about jumped on her, pulled her hair and everything,” Naiké Owens says in the clip, filmed from the safety of a nearby car.

The clip shows the feathered fiend picking up its pace as it trails after a student, who runs down a nearby hill to get away.

“Oh, he’s aggressive!” Owens reacts. “He is trying to get her!”

The same student, seemingly needing to pass the goose, can be seen hesitating at the top of a nearby set of stairs, waiting for an opening to pass the patrolling pest.

However, another student decides to be brave, taking a step onto the sidewalk — before immediately getting chased and tackled to the ground by the hostile bird.

After flying straight for the student, the seemingly proud pest puffs up its chest while pacing the sidewalk.

Video shows the students quickly dispersed, trying to get away before the bird struck once again.

Owens, who filmed the viral video, told Storyful the same goose had attacked two other people before the video was taken.

The Independent has reached out to FAMU for comment. It is not immediately clear if the goose is still pestering students on campus.
