A commercial property agent is celebrating after securing a hat-trick of new deals at a major shopping centre in Derby.
FHP has announced that it has signed up two more premium fashion retailers at the Intu Derby shopping centre.
The arrival of Hobbs and Whistles will bring new women’s fashion offerings to Level 2 of the shopping centre.
Hobbs, which will offer its full range of “timeless British fashion”, is expected to open later this year.
Whistles will open its doors next spring, bringing “tailored clothing and sophisticated silhouettes” to city centre shoppers.
The stores, which are owned by the same company, The Foschini Group, will join fellow high-end fashion store Hugo Boss, which opened last month.
Meanwhile, speciality coffee, casual dining and craft cocktail brand BEAR has recently opened at Intu Derby as part of its nationwide expansion strategy.
