Jorge Santos - the agent of Chelsea central-midfielder Jorginho - has admitted that he and the Italy international will discuss the prospect of him sealing a move to Juventus this summer if the Serie A giants can make Chelsea a suitable offer.
The midfielder, who joined the Blues from Napoli back in July 2018 on a five-year deal, was key in former manager Maurizio Sarri's one and only year at the club, but has since fallen out-of-favour under current head coach Frank Lampard, starting just once since the Premier League campaign resumed last month.
In total, Jorginho, who is 28, has racked up 39 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring seven goals.
Despite that, the Italian star's future at Stamford Bridge does not appear to be very promising, with Lampard reportedly ready to offload him this summer in an attempt to fund a deal for Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz.
Over the past few months, Jorginho has been heavily linked with a move back to Serie A, with Juventus, now managed by former Blues chief Sarri, keen on adding him to their armoury.
Jorginho's agent has now issued a fresh update on the midfielder's future, insisting Juventus have yet to place an offer on the table for the midfielder.
However, he has admitted that if Juventus can make Chelsea an appealing offer, they will asses the situation and see what the future may hold for the former Napoli star.
“In the midfield, they have already recruited Arthur," Santos explained.
"I know Fabio Paratici [the sporting director] well, but he never called me.
"(Maurizio) Sarri probably thinks he needs a player like Jorginho, but I don't know what Juventus' plan will be. If the Bianconeri and Chelsea agree, then we will assess."
