'Ageless' Alanis Morisette stuns This Morning fans and ask if she's been frozen in time

Alanis Morisette stunned This Morning viewers with her appearance on the show today as they questioned whether he had been "frozen in time" for 25 years.

The 45-year-old appeared on the ITV programme today to speak about her new album Such Pretty Forks in the Road.

Speaking to hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, Alanis said that the album was partly inspired by her post-partum experiences after giving birth to her three children Onyx, Winter and Ever with partner Souleye.

Alanis joked: "Medication saved the day for me!"

She also spoke candidly about her various addictions, from work and food to love.

It has also been 25 years since her hit album Jagged Little Pill, which featured her smash hit Ironic.

Fans flocked to Twitter to gush over her appearance on the show, with one tweeting: " Alanis Morissette looks amazing! #ThisMorning."
