Age-defying Sharon Stone, 64, turns heads in mirror selfie after fitness transformation

Sharon Stone has stunned fans as she posed in a bikini in a stunning mirror selfie.

The Basic Instinct star, 64, was a vision in a multi coloured patterned bikini as she bemoaned getting into shape at the end of the summer.

She flaunted her toned belly as she smiled in front of the large mirror in her bedroom.

A portrait of Marylin Monroe hung on the wall in the background as Sharon posed with tousled hair.

Sharon asked jokingly in the caption: "Why do I always get in shape when summer's over?"

The Instagram snap was shared with her 3.3 million followers and liked by famous faces such as Eamonn Holmes.

Sharon's snap comes after the icon revealed to WSJ Magazine last week just how she managed to keep her stunning physique. She revealed her secrets included indulging in a fruit breakfast, swimming laps in her pool, sleeping eight hours every night, doing daily squats and taking baths filled with arnica and Dead Sea salts.

Going deeper into her routine, she told the publication: "My favourite breakfast is watermelon with feta cheese and mint, with olive oil and salt and pepper. And then I usually have a piece of gluten-free sourdough toast with that and an herbal tea."

And she continued to explain her extensive workout regime, adding: "'During Covid… I started devising different things that I just did for myself. I think squats are really important. If you do squats every day, that really does get your whole body together."

When it comes to swimming, she confessed her favourite stroke is butterfly as she feels it is a great all-rounder. And she admits her kids push her too as they all take part in planking competitions to see her can stick them for longest.
