I recently bought a king-size bed frame and mattress from Warren Evans in Hammersmith. When I ordered it, I mentioned that the frame on my existing king-size bed was coming apart slightly and asked them to look at it when they delivered the new bed.
The original bed was bought from the same branch nine years and nine months ago (they still had the details) and was guaranteed for 10 years. When it was inspected they said that a new headboard and footboard were required. Shortly afterwards, an entire new bed frame was delivered and erected, and the old one removed, free of charge.
