Do you know someone who's terrified by spiders?
Edinburgh Zoo has a workshop which can help people conquer their arachnophobia.
A few spaces in June are left for the course, which explains that most spiders found in the UK are completely harmless.
Participants will hear from clinical hypnotherapist Morag Torrance on phobias and how they develop.
The zoo's keepers will then tell those taking part some fascinating facts about spiders, though no images of the insects themselves will be shown.
Morag then holds a group hypnosis "to help you to remove negative subconscious associations with spiders and reinforce positive associations."
After the group hypnosis session, participants will have the choice to go and pick up some spiders in another room.
One former participant says: "It's been almost 2 months now since I participated in the phobia workshop. Since then, I have confidently caught and released loads of spiders.
"Before the workshop, I couldn't even be in the same room as a spider without having a panic attack. I can honestly say this workshop was life changing for me and I'll be forever grateful to the zoo for running it."
