Port Adelaide captain Connor Rozee will miss the rest of the AFL season amid ongoing hamstring problems.
Rozee has been sidelined since tearing the tendon in his left hamstring in a March 22 game.
The Power skipper had hoped to return to action but is suffering continuing nerve issues related to the injury.
Port's fitness boss Tim O'Leary says Rozee's recovery has "plateaued" in recent weeks.
The 26-year-old won't have further surgery at this stage, but had an injection on Tuesday in a bid to break down scar tissue around the troublesome nerve.
"After seeking multiple specialist opinions, we decided on a non-surgical approach at this stage for Connor," O'Leary said in a statement on Wednesday.
"The hamstring repair has healed really well.
