An old age pooch is looking for a special place to call home.
Animal welfare experts are appealing for a new home for Winnie, a 10-year-old cross breed currently living at Dogs Trust West Calder.
Her carers say Winnie is an affectionate girl who loves the company of people.
A spokeswoman for Dogs trust said: “Winnie enjoys a quiet life with her home comforts and can often be found snuggled up under her blankets with a tasty treat or joining you on the couch for a cuddle.
“She is always eager to go for a walk and walks beautifully on her lead and loves to spend time pottering around in the garden having a sniff or running around with her favourite ball.
“Winnie would like owners who are home most of the day to help her settle into her new home and keep her company.
“She can live with children aged 10 and over and she would prefer to be the only pet in the home.”
If you think you think you could provide a home for Winnie or any of the 50 dogs currently available for rehoming, please contact the centre on 01506 873459.
