Dive into the dimension of stats and figures, tracing the lines of streaks and trends unfurling week by week in the gladiatorial world of NFL. Welcome to another thrilling ride Inside the Numbers.

Feast your eyes on a quirky aspect of this season! An uncanny clustering around break-even has led to the AFC boasting an unprecedented number of winning teams into Week 15 while the NFC is swimming in a sea of record-setting losing squads.

Stand witness to the might of the AFC North. Like gladiators in a coliseum, four playoff hopefuls have crowned the AFC with 11 winning teams through 14 weeks. In the history of the NFL, never before has such a feat graced this stage of the season, turning last year's AFC's record of 10 on its head.

On the flip side, there's an inevitable sorrow that shrouds the NFC. The South division, with its lackluster performance, teeters on the precipice of a second straight season without boasting a single winning team. In total, the NFC laments the loss of 11 of its 16 teams to below .500 records, a sorrowful high in the annals of Week 15 history.

The AFC North isn't just a battleground; it's a crucible of playoff contention. Baltimore (10-3) is currently the jewel of the conference while Cleveland (8-5) and Pittsburgh (7-6) are gliding into wild-card position. Cincinnati (7-6) lurks on the periphery, but only tiebreakers keep them at bay.

Notably, there has been no season where every team in a division has basked in the glory of a winning record. The last time four teams from one division charged into the playoffs was in 1998 when every AFC East team (excluding Indianapolis) did so.

Reverse the lens, and you'll see the NFC South in stark contrast. Tampa Bay, Atlanta and New Orleans stand at a stalemate at 6-7, while Carolina languishes at 1-12, the NFL's equivalent of being in the dumps.

Interestingly, the NFL holds records beyond simple wins and losses. Did you know that the NFL has seen a sizable cluster around six or seven wins - a staggering 13 teams through 13 games? This tracks beyond the mark of 10 last seen in 2018 and marks a curious attraction towards the middle ground when it comes to victories.

And if you haven't had enough of spectacular comebacks, hold on to your seats! The Titans went into Overdrive mode against the Dolphins in a breathtaking comeback, overturning a 14 point deficit with under 3 minutes left to win. In doing so, they finally ended a streak of 669 consecutive defeats when trailing that badly this late in games.

Finally, to all the QB enthusiasts out there, get ready for a shuffle. Joe Flacco is back in business, storming up for the Browns after signing only three weeks ago. He follows in the footsteps of Watson, Walker, and Thompson-Robinson, becoming the fourth QB to start in a win for the Browns this season - something the AFC hasn't seen since struggling Houston Texans defied all odds in 2015.

Celebrate the feast of numbers, anomalies, records, and streaks that is the NFL. Whether you're a diehard AFC fan, wave your NFC flag proudly, or simply love the thrill of touchdowns and stats - remember, every week brings a new chapter Inside the Numbers. Who knows what fascinating trends will emerge to whet our statistical appetite next week? We'll be here to dissect and delve, rejoicing in the wonderful, wacky world of NFL.
