AEW shows Jags support at ‘Fight for the Fallen’ pay-per-view

Jacksonville Jaguars football administer Tony Khan and his wresting league, All Elite Wrestling, made another stop at TIAA Bank Field for their latest pay-per-view, “Fight For the Fallen,” and it was once again a wrestling event for the ages. Of course, there was a lot of love shown between the Jacksonville Jaguars and AEW throughout the whole event, too, which was created to raise money for gun violence victims.

To start the night off, Sonny Kiss showed the Jags love with an entrance with the ROAR and Jackson De Ville, while wearing a Jalen Ramsey jersey in his matchup. He would go on to defeat Peter “The Librarian” Avalon for what was one of the event’s pre-show matches.

Later during one of the events main matches, SoCal Uncensored gave a shoutout to the city of Jacksonville in a promo before their match with the Lucha Brothers, while also taking the ring in teal wrestling attire. Unfortunately, the duo of Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky ended up losing the match despite a solid performance.

On the Jags end, Myles Jack and Calais Campbell attended the event, while Jags owner Shad Khan, who funded the AEW, joined the companies top personnel members in Kenny Omega, the Young Bucks and Cody Rhodes to present the city of Jacksonville with a check of $150k for victims of gun violence. Simply put, it was a good way to close the event and the partnership between both the Jags and AEW should only grow stronger afterward.
