Specialist manufacturer ElevAero has acquired tooling and precision components supplier Formrite Precision Limited (FPL) for an undislosed sum.
The deal will see ElevAero - a manufacturer and supplier of specialist fabrications, assemblies and machined components for the aerospace and defence sector - expand from its Nuneaton headquarters.
The acquisition of Aldridge-based FPL will also 'complement and enhance' ElevAero's offering for aerospace component manufacture, assembly and low-cost sourcing and supply.
