An airline is offering transatlantic flights from under £200 to mark the forthcoming lifting of travel barriers between the UK and USA.
Passengers will be able to travel on new Aer Lingus direct routes from Manchester to New York (JFK) and Orlando with fares starting from £199 each way.
The New York route is scheduled to commence on December 1, with the Orlando service taking off on December 11 - and thousands of seats are on sale at the bargain price.
Aer Lingus also offers transatlantic connections from seven key UK airports, including London Heathrow, Gatwick and Birmingham, via Dublin on to popular North American cities such as New York JFK, Newark, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, Orlando, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Toronto.
Passengers can clear US Customs and Immigration in Dublin and then pass through domestic channels upon landing for a smooth and swift arrival in the USA.

Before travelling, Aer Lingus customers are advised to use the airline’s new online travel support tool to search by destination and retrieve up-to-date tailored travel information based on their specific circumstances including vaccination status, return travel and flight connection requirements.
