Even at age 34, Washington Redskins running back Adrian Peterson is still shoving defenders into the turf on Sunday afternoons.
On a run in the third quarter against the Buffalo Bills, Peterson took a handoff to the right edge where a defender had him dead to rights. However, rather than going down, Peterson unleashed a nasty stiff-arm that sent the defender into the dirt, turning it into a positive run.
AP has had an incredible day so far, with over 100 total yards from scrimmage, as he’s acted as virtually the only source of production for the Redskins’ offense.
