Adrian Lam names depleted Wigan Warriors squad to take on Leeds Rhinos

Adrian Lam has only been able to name a 19-man squad for this Wednesday’s clash with Leeds Rhinos.

Wigan Warriors are boosted by the return of Brad Singleton, who has missed the club’s last three games through suspension.

However, they approach what is a must-win game against play-off chasers Leeds with what looks to be a depleted squad at present.

There’s still no Sam Powell, who was last seen coming off for a head assessment in the club’s loss to Hull KR. He may be added to the squad later this week subject to completing a medical assessment.

Willie Isa is not named due to pending disciplinary action, while Tony Clubb and Sam Halsall have also dropped out.

Thomas Leuluai will miss the remainder of the Super League season with the hamstring injury he picked up against Leigh Centurions.

Wigan’s 19-man squad: Hardaker, Gildart, Marshall, Field, Singleton, Bullock, Farrell, Bateman, Partington, Smithies, Byrne, Smith, Havard, Bibby, Clark, Shorrocks, Pearce-Paul, Hastings, Bourouh.
