Adrian Dunbar seen celebrating Scotland win alongside Scottish Line of Duty co-star

Adrian Dunbar was spotted celebrating alongside Scottish co-star Martin Compton after Scotland qualified for Euro 2020 in dramatic fashion.

In a video posted on Compton's social media, champagne was flowing as the proud Scot celebrated his national team reaching the European Championship for the first time in 22 years.

The 36-year-old was filmed popping the bottle of fizz while cheering, "You wee beauty!" while a faint voice is heard singing the iconic 'Flowers of Scotland' song in the background.

And as the camera pans around, Irishman Adrian Dunbar is seen wearing his Line of Duty police uniform singing in delight with his colleague.

Dunbar, from Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, stars in the hit BBC show Line of Duty alongside Compton and Vicky McClure and was happy to celebrate alongside his Scottish friend.

Scotland qualified after a dramatic night in Belgrade that saw them beat Serbia on penalties after it finished 1-1 at the final whistle.

The Scottish national football team failed to qualify for a major tournament since 1998 where the side kitted out in that year's World Cup.

But the 22 year draught has come to an end as the proud football nation looks forward to Euros 2020 held across 12 European cities.
