Adrian Chiles is taking to the dance floor on the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special that airs on Christmas Day.
And ahead of his hot stepping debut, the 54-year-old TV presenter has opened up on the first moment he came face to face with the celebrities he will be battling it out with in a bid to be awarded the glitterball trophy.
Joining Adrian on the lineup is The Repair Shop's Jay Blades, presenter Moira Stuart, First Dates star Fred Sirieix pop star Anne Marie and presenter and actress Mel Giedroyc.
Giving his verdict on his competitors, The One Show and Daybreak star admitted that when the famous faces came together in London to practice the group numbers that they "all looked as nervous" and compared them to "shy kids starting at a new school."
Lifting the lid on his opinions of the individuals, Adrian shared with The Sun: "Jay Blades was the only one my kind of size, so we bonded instantly. Mel Giedroyc, a natural performer, made it very clear she felt way out of her comfort zone.
"Fred Sirieix bounced about, terrified but excited. Moira Stuart was as laid back as ever and Anne-Marie, the baby among us, was sweet as you like."
He added that he "instantly became infatuated" with the professional dancers due to them "being beautiful", "insanely talented" and taking time to help the famous faces calm their nerves.
It was recently revealed that Adrian will perform an American smooth with dancer Jowita Przystal and they will be showcasing their moves to Otis Redding's White Christmas on the festive show.
Fred will be attempting the quickstep with his dance partner Dianne Buswell. The pair will move to Merry Christmas Everyone by Shakin' Stevens.

Meanwhile, Repair Shop's very own Jay is hitting the jive with Russian dancer Luba Mushtuk. They will be dancing to the Only Fools And Horses song Hooky Street.
Mel and dancer Neil Jones will be dancing to 90s classic Ice Ice Baby by Vanilla Ice.
Pop icon Anne-Marie will be impressing viewers with her cha cha with Graziano Di Prima to the iconic song Feliz Navidad.
Moira is performing the salsa with Aljaz Skorjanec to a more modern song choice. They will be dancing to the one and only Justin Bieber's Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.
