Adorable series of images of mother swan and her brood of fluffy little babies in Malahide will melt your heart

Theses adorable images of a brood of "ugly ducklings" taken by a talented amateur photographer in north Dublin will make your heart melt.

Of course they're not really ducklings at all, but rather baby swans or cygnets, and this series of beautiful shots shows four little cuties emerging from a quick dip to nuzzle up to their proud mum in Malahide.

The photos were taken by Sean Timon at Broadmeadow Estuary, a well-known nesting site for the graceful birds.

Sean shared his stunning shots on popular local Facebook page Enjoy Malahide - the north Dublin seaside town's one-stop shop for events.
