A worried mother cat took action after one of her babies fell ill, taking the kitten into the local medical centre.
Pictures have emerged capturing the clever kitty walking with her kitten in her mouth, then dropping the poorly feline in front of medics in one of the treatment rooms.
Hospital staff in Istanbul, Turkey quickly jumped into action.
The medical staff quickly gathered around the cat in order to aid the sick kitten.
But worried mum didn't stop there. While doctors worked in checking the kitten over, the mother cat remained alert below their feet.
Patient Merve Ozcan was waiting in accident and emergency when she took the pictures on her mobile phone and posted them online.
She wrote: "Today we were in the emergency of the hospital, a cat brought her baby in her mouth to the emergency room."
And her message went viral as she was then flooded with messages from people who praised the work of the medics in looking after both the mother cat and her kitten.
Doctors also then took some time to give the resourceful moggy milk and food to keep her relaxed after she gave birth near the hospital.
It was not revealed what was wrong with the kitten, but the doctors apparently managed to sort the problem out quickly by checking over both furry patients.
The two felines were then handed over to a local vet, before Turkish media then confirmed they were doing well with no cause for concern.
One commenter wrote: "In Turkey, stray cats and dogs are like everyone's pet.
"You can see food and water for these friends on every corner.
"Cats are welcome to sleep and live in mosques etc. It's a beautiful place for stray animals."
Another said: "Cat knows where to get help. This is heartwarming."
