Adorable Glasgow dogs Angel and Sprite looking for their forever homes

Amid to the ongoing coronavirus crisis, Glasgow Dogs Trust's Rehoming Centre is currently closed to the public.

However, that hasn't stopped the centre in Uddingston looking for new homes for some of the amazing dogs in their care.

With only a small number of dogs who are ready for their new home, they expect them to be very popular.

And two such dogs listed for rescue at the centre are the adorable Angel and Sprite:

Angel

Angel is 1 year old and looking for someone to continue her basic training. She is a smart girl and is housetrained but struggles to be left alone.

She needs an owner who will be around all day and gradually build up the time she is left.

Having previous experience of owning a dog is required to help her settle into her new home.

Angel is a really sweet little lady who can live with children over the age of 14 years. She is very sociable and gets on well with other dogs but would prefer to be the only dog in the home as she loves having all the attention to herself!

She has a lot of energy and would love her own garden with a minimum 6ft fence so she can run around and burn some of this off! She would love a family with lots of time to spend with her and continue her training.

Sprite

Sprite is a lovely lady looking for the perfect home environment for a sighthound, she has a very high prey drive and will need an owner with experience of the breed.

She is a very enthusiastic girl and enjoys agility, she would love to continue this in her new home.

An active family would be best to keep her mentally and physically busy.

Sprite is looking for a home with children over the age of 16 years old. She would prefer to be the only pet. She is happy to be left for a couple of hours as long as she has had some exercise before hand and she is housetrained. She is looking for her own secure garden with a minimum of 6ft fence where she can run and play in.
