Adele turns to ultimate hero Beyoncé in bid to get upcoming album back on track

Adele is rumoured to be considering a collaboration with her hero Beyoncé on her upcoming album.

The 32-year-old Rolling In The Deep songstress had been teasing new material for quite some time and has recently returned to the recording studio.

Fans are now circulating rumours that Adele's new material will feature several iconic collaborations, including one with Beyoncé.

Many Adele lovers have already expressed approval about the idea of hearing the Someone Like You star and Beyoncé work together on a track.

"Adele’s lead single for her upcoming album is going to feature Beyoncé, and that is going to be so monumental. I can’t wait to hear it and be blown away," penned one fan.

"Adele ft. Beyoncé?? I. AM. HERE. FOR. IT," added another.

Adele has made no secret of her adoration for Beyoncé and her contribution to the music world.

In 2015, the mum of one said: "Anyone who knows me knows that my main priority in life outside of my child is Beyoncé."

Two years later at the Grammys, Adele even tried to give her award to Beyoncé as she opened up about her thoughts on the Lemonade album.

“I can’t possibly accept this award,” Adele said to the audience.

“The artist of my life is Beyoncé, and the ‘Lemonade’ album is just so monumental,” she added.

Other rumoured contributors to the upcoming album are Raphael Saadiq, H.E.R and songwriter Jimmy Napes.

While Adele has kept tight lipped about when her latest album might drop, it was recently confirmed that the star has been in the recording studio.

Former Pearl Jam drummer Matt Chamberlain confirmed in December that he had worked on the recordings and couldn't believe how amazing the new material was.

Speaking on The Eddie Trunk podcast on SiriusXM, Matt said: "I just got to work on some new music for Adele.

"To hear that voice in my headphones was getting me chills. It was just so powerful and emotive.
