Adele has dropped a rumoured seven stone and looks almost unrecognisable in her recent photos.
And fans are confusing the Someone Like You singer, 32, for another A-lister — step in Sarah Paulson.
On Wednesday Adele took to Instagram to thank fans for their birthday wishes in a stunning picture that showcased her incredible weight loss, which drew comparisons to Sarah.
In the snap she showed off her long toned legs and slender shoulders as she posed in her garden to mark her 32nd birthday yesterday.
"I hope you're all staying safe and sane during this crazy time," she captioned the photo.
"I'd like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels!"
But it wasn't long before fans started comparing her to American Horror Story regular Sarah, 45, on Twitter.
One tweeted pictures of the two of them, saying: "I'm not saying Adele and Sarah Paulson are the same person but."
"Omg they do really look like each other!!!" another replied.
A third said: "Wow it took me a minute realizing this was Adele and not Sarah Paulson... anyway both gorgeous women."
"And then Adele became Sarah Paulson's twin," another agreed.
Adele began losing weight after the end of her eight-year marriage to Simon Konecki last year.
She reportedly wanted to overhaul her lifestyle for the sake of her son Angelo, seven.
A source told Hollywood life earlier this year: "Adele feels sexier than ever and she's so happy to be going into the new year looking and feeling great."
