Adele fans were left stunned on Saturday evening when the star shared a picture of her looking remarkably different.
A few months on from her pretty much breaking the internet with a photo of her looking slim and slender as she celebrated her birthday, the Someone Like You and Hello singer has done it again with a snap of her looking unrecogniseable from the Adele of just a few years ago.
Sharing a picture of her watching friend Beyonce in action on screen, Adele wrote: "Thank you Queen for always making us all feel so loved through your art."
And just like her birthday picture from May, which to date has had nearly 12 million likes on Instagram, the new bare faced photo quickly attracted a multitude of comments.
One fan commented: "she looks amazing but I had to zoom in like a million times to check it was her," and another reacted: "didn't recognize her at all. Shes so lovely."
Adele's celebrity mates were quick to heap praise on the Brit and Grammy Award winning singer, with DJ Nick Grimshaw writing: "TWO QUEENS STAND BEFORE ME," and within just one hour the photo had nearly 2 million likes.
While the 32-year-old has never revealed how much weight she has lost, it is thought that Adele has shed a massive seven stone, after adopting a strict training and nutrition regime.
It's said she followed the Sirtfood diet, which involves eating foods known as sirtuin activators that are said to control the way the body processes fat and sugar and regulate the appetite in the process.
