Adele has reportedly gone to extreme lengths to achieve her new slim figure.
In a new weight loss snap, the singer looked incredible in a black minidress which clung to her slimmed-down figure on her 32nd birthday.
Her epic seven stone weight loss reportedly involved a diet where she would fast up to 16 hours a day, only eating within eight hours.
Over the past year, Adele has been wowing her fans and fellow celebs with her weight loss.
The singer hasn't yet shared her secret to her transformation but experts have now claimed she's been using intermittent fasting techniques.

TV diet expert Dr Michael Mosley insists the star has been practising a form of fasting which goes by the name time-restricted feeding.
The creator of the 5:2 diet and Fast800 lifestyle plan told The Sun Adele eats on a scheduled basis and has three meals during a restricted time frame.
The 16:8 diet allows you to eat for eight hours of the day while fasting for the remaining 16 hours.
During the 16-hour fasting period, individuals must stick to drinking water or tea and coffee.
Food experts suggested dieters opt for lean meat, eggs, dairy, vegetables, nuts and beans each day during their eight hour window.
Dieters have been encouraged to stay away from high processed food, sugar and fast food.
Studies suggested the diet will help shed the pounds without causing you to starve yourself.

As well as maximising weight loss, Dr Mosley also said the diet will have had huge benefits for Adele's mental health.
He said: "The Mediterranean-style diet has a critical role to play in healthy living; it is a very strong foundation for keeping your brain young and for your happiness.
"In fact gut health has an important link to mental health as your gut bacteria also produces a range of chemicals that influence your brain, from 'feel good' hormones like serotonin to hunger hormones."

As well as reportedly adapting the 16:8 diet, the singer has also taking further steps to lose more weight.
When Adele first found fame in 2008, she started her day with a fag and PG Tips with two sugars.
But the singer has completely transformed not only her body as she overhauled her lifestyle since her divorce from Simon Konecki.
Once she filled up on Jammie Dodgers and Tesco Chocolate Indulgence cake, Adele has now boldly turned her back on junk food and reportedly embraced the Sirtfood Diet.

The plan included a slimmers pack their plates with plant-based foods like strawberries, blueberries, apples, citrus fruits, walnuts, parsley, kale, capers, soy, turmeric and dark chocolate.
The foods, known as sirtuin activators, were said to turn on the fat-burning gene and regulate the appetite in the process.
Green tea and cocoa powder were also on the menu, along with red wine and cheese.

The diet has been notoriously gruelling to start as followers must be limited to 1,000 calories a day consisting of three green smoothies and one small meal.
Between days four to seven the calorie limit rises to 1,500 calories made up from two green smoothies and two small meals.
The 14-day maintenance phase allowed three Sirtfood-based meals with one green smoothie.
Her former personal trainer Camila Goodis told The Daily Mail: "She's working out but I think 90 per cent of it is diet.
"It's a good diet to shed the weight. The first week is intense, green juices and only 1,000 calories," she said.
And defending Adele's new slimline look, the trainer to the stars added: "She doesn't look too thin - she looks amazing."
