Adele's former trainer, Pete Geracimo, said that the singer wasn't a fan of exercise at first but eventually became quite competitive.
The fitness coach, who worked with the songstress until late 2016, explained that Adele grew to enjoy her boxing exercises and their classes were filled with laughter.
Pete has worked as a fitness trainer for 30 years and went on to say that the Hello hitmaker's determination grew during the classes.
Meeting for hourly training sessions two or three times a week, the hunky personal trainer told Us Weekly that she tried to outdo herself.
“The funny thing is, I never treated her any differently than I would any of my other clients,” he told the publication.
“I don’t get starstruck and just trained her as if she was not famous. I loved her sense of humor and we’d laugh a lot of the time.”

During his chat he revealed that Adele “wasn’t a fan of training in the beginning.”
"As she warmed to the idea of training, she started getting competitive and this created the momentum to wanting to improve her performance from session to session,” Pete told the publication.
He also explained that the sessions were a good way for Adele to clear her mind.
He added: "I just kept things real with her.
"When we had low days, I would alter the workout so that it would ease her into training, get her mind off of what was bugging her and then, before you knew it, we were having a good session and working hard.
Pete stopped working with Adele in 2016 and the legendary musician has since gone on to unveil an epic weight transformation.

Adele left fans stunned after revealing her new trim physique when she turned 32 at the start of the month.
Following her split from husband Simon Konecki, the Skyfall singer had vowed to change her lifestyle around and committed herself to the Sirtfood Diet.
She also enlisted the help of celebrity pilates instructor Camila Goodis.

Adele herself has also maintained that the gym is not her favourite place to be.
In an interview with Rolling Stone in 2016, she said: “I mainly moan. I’m not, like, skipping to the f-cking gym. I don’t enjoy it."
