I'm A Celeb's Adele Roberts was left in tears as she finally got to meet her number one idol Jane McDonald during a surprise on Lorraine.
The Radio 1 DJ had her dreams come true as the pair appeared on Lorraine earlier today, where Jane was told the ITV host had brought Adele on to meet her.
Addressing The Cruise star, the Scottish mum-of-one said: "Adele really wanted to see you and say thank you to you, so we thought we'd bring her on... Adele, come on in!"
"You're joking," Jane replied, before the camera showed Adele standing with her arms open wide and struggling to hold back her tears.
The duo then hugged, leaving Adele speechless as Jane said: "Oh sweetheart, at last."
It comes after the 40-year-old chose for her I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! luxury item a framed photograph of Jane McDonald.
While other campmates' items included family photos, comfy pillows and beauty products, Adele chose to bring in a picture of her inspiration.
Some contestants described her choice as "bizarre" and it seems many viewers watching from home also found the photo to be an odd choice, which soon went viral.
People even started to use the hashtag "Jane Gate" following a spat in the jungle between Roman and Adele over the snapshot.
Jane McDonald soon caught on and, evidently amused by Adele's choice, filmed herself on her own show acknowledging the radio DJ's picture of her.
Just before holding up a photoframe of Adele, Jane told the audience: "I don't know if you've been watching I'm A Celebrity but I'd just like to wish Adele all the best in the jungle."
During last week's I'm A Celebrity: Coming Out show Adele was shown the video message from Jane, where she revealed that she now carries around a picture of her, too.
Thrilled to bits, the radio presenter said: "Oh thank you, Jane, I’m buzzing, that’s the best thing ever, who needs the crown, I’ve got Jane!"
