Adele is said to be splashing out a cool $58 million on Sylvester Stallone's palatial pad in Beverly Hills.
The mega mansion was reportedly listed at a whopping $110 million - but failed to sell.
Since bursting onto the scene with her debut album 19, Adele, 33, has amassed a huge fortune.
The Sunday Times Rich List 2021 reports the singer's wealth to be around £130 million and it's rumoured that her recent album 30 and tour could add another £600 million to the pot.
The Tottenham-born star loves living in Los Angeles and recently showed fans around her stunning home.
And it now looks like the mum-of-one is adding to her property portfolio with the addition of the Rocky actor's mega mansion.
It's reported that Sylvester initially listed the stunning home he bought in the nineties for $110 million, but there were no offers.
In May, he was said to have slashed the price to $85 million.
Now Adele is said to be "in escrow for Sly's massive home," according to TMZ sources.
The Mirror has contacted Adele's and Sylvester's representatives for comment.
The 18,587 square-foot home is situated in the super swanky area of North Beverly Park, and boasts a not-too-shabby eight-bedroom and 12-bathrooms.
The property is said to be set among a massive 3.5 acres, and is in the same area where restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump and Rod Stewart used to live.
Property agent Jade Mills told People in May: "A lot of these homes in Beverly Park are big, beautiful homes but don't have a view. This is an exceptional home with land, and it has a view."
There is also a home gym, with Jade adding: "What would you expect Rocky's gym to look like? It truly is Rocky's gym, even though I'm sure the whole family uses it."
Adele had quite a year in 2021 with the release of her stunning album 30, which centred around her divorce from ex-husband Simon Konecki.
The divorce is reported to have cost the star around £20 million.
Adele and Simon got together in 2011 before the singer gave birth to the couple's son Angelo in 2012.
Speaking about how her break-up with philanthropist affected her Adele said: "I’ve learned a lot of blistering home truths about myself along the way.
"That friend who, no matter what, checked in on me even though I’d stopped checking in with them because I’d become so consumed by my own grief
"I’ve painstakingly rebuilt my house and my heart since then and this album narrates it.”
Adele is now said to be dating sports agent Rich Paul having met the 40 year old at a mutual friends birthday a "years ago".
