Adele is unrecognisable as she shows off incredible weight loss in Instagram snap

Adele has shown her love for Beyonce’s new visual album in an amazing Instagram snap.

The pop sensation pictured herself in front of her her stunning fireplace while one of the videos from Black is King played in the background.

In a post shared on social media on Saturday night, Adele can be seen with a huge grin on her face as she points to the Crazy in Love star on the television overhead.

The Someone Like You singer showed off her natural locks in the pic, which has been liked more than one million times after just an hour since it was posted.

Adele wrote on Instagram: “Thank you Queen for always making us feel so loved through your art.”

The 32-year-old has is rumoured to have lost seven stone in weight since her split with ex-husband Simon Konecki last year, reports the Mirror.

She is said to have wanted to make a change in her life when she became single again and embarked on a gruelling weight loss and training regime.

Adele has never revealed how much weight she has actually lost but it's rumoured to be around seven stone.

It's said she followed the Sirtfood diet, which sees slimmers eat foods known as sirtuin activators that are said to control the way the body processes fat and sugar and regulate the appetite in the process.

These include plant-based foods like kale, buckwheat, green tea and tumeric.

She also ditched the 10 cups of sugary tea she used to drink each day and said goodbye to alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine.

As for exercise, she is said to have taken up HITT classes and hiking.
