Adele fans go wild after listening to her first new single in over six years

Adele has released her first music in over six years as Easy On Me dropped at midnight.

The singing sensation, 33, has spent time away from her music but has now released her newest single, which is available to stream on all platforms.

The tune is the first single to be released from her forthcoming album titled 30. The album is set for release on November 19.

And first reaction to this tune shows that the songstress has hit all the right note once again as fans on the internet go wild for the new hit.

Adele had already handed fans a taste of Easy On Me during a recent Instagram Live session after she played around 20 seconds of the music - much to the delight of those who were listening.

Now the full thing has dropped, her followers appear just as impressed with it in its entirety with many predicting big things for the banger.

Over 200,000 people tuned into the live release on YouTube, with many claiming it is sure to be the next number one.

One user took to Twitter shortly after its release to say: "new Adele songs will rip ur heart out it’s a classic."

Another penned: "Adele never fails to make me tear upppp omg i missed her soooo much."

And a third wrote: "Go easy on me, but I absolutely LOVE this #Adele song. I predict it's going to be a hit & I'm never wrong about these things."

"IT'S A F***ING MASTERPIECE #Adele #EasyOnMe," gushed a fourth.

Another said: "THE ADELECALYPSE HAS STARTED EASY ON ME IS SO GOOD #Adele #EasyOnMe"

For the rest of the album, Adele has confirmed she will not be joined by any collaborators in her new songs, which is in keeping with her previous albums.

Elsewhere, according to Vulture, Adele and her team have "approached multiple networks and platforms about the idea of staging a TV special tied to the new release".

If this is given the go-ahead, fans can expect to sit it hit the screens before the year is out.
