Adele waded into the world of politics as she shared her candid opinion on the affair between former Health Secretary Matt Hancock and his political aide.
The ex-health minister resigned in June when his romance with adviser Gina Coladangelo was exposed after steamy CCTV footage of their clinch in his office was leaked.
And the Oscar-winning songstress didn’t hold back when she was asked her opinion on Hancock during an interview with British Vogue.
“The dirty sod!” she exclaimed.
Giles Hattersley, features director of British Vogue, said Adele looked “briefly panicked” after her outburst, but then shrugged her shoulders and continued with the interview.
Hancock’s affair was exposed after The Sun published CCTV footage from inside the Tory MP’s office, showing the couple - who have known each other since university - enjoying a steamy kiss.

He faced a barrage of calls to resign, after breaching the special distancing guidelines he had helped to establish as Health Secretary, and despite having the full support of Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Hancock resigned just days after his affair hit the headlines.
Elsewhere in the interview, Adele discussed details of her own personal life, as she spoke for the first-time about her divorce from Simon Konecki, which was finalised in March.
The couple, who share nine-year-old son Angelo, announced they had split in April 2019, and while Adele said she enjoyed an amicable relationship with the 47-year-old charity boss, her life “fell apart” when they separated.

“It just wasn't right for me any more. I didn't want to end up like a lot of other people I knew,” Adele explained, adding that she was “miserable” and needed to put herself first.
She also candidly shared her struggle with anxiety, and said she was so distraught having to tell her son Angelo about the divorce, she couldn’t remember talking to him.
Her therapist advised Adele to record herself talking to Angelo, so she could listen back to what had been said.

The award-winning star said while she and Simon “never fought” over him and share custody, Angelo is still confused as to why his parents split up.
Adele revealed her son has “a lot of questions” about the break-up, such as: “Why can’t you still live together?”
The Skyfall singer wanted to explain to him through her upcoming album “who I am and why I voluntarily chose to dismantle his entire life in the pursuit of my own happiness,” and confessed she may never “be able to heal” her son’s sadness over his parents’ divorce.
