Adele and Oprah wear matching white suits as they sit down for intimate interview

Adele and Oprah Winfrey looked out of this world as they sat for an intimate chat in Adele One Night Only.

The CBS special is set to air on Sunday and will have Adele and the former talk show host sit back and enjoy a chat in Gayle King's backyard.

As seen from the trailer, the special will show the Easy On Me singer's performance at the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, which had the likes of Lizzo and Gabrielle Union attending.

The star looked stunning in a white suit emblazoned with jewels on the seams.

She also rocked a giant teardrop earring as the clip shared glimpses of her chat with none other than Oprah, 67.

Meanwhile, Oprah went for a similar look as she donned a simple cream suit and heels of the same colour.

The trailer for the special was recently released and it gave fans a tiny glimpse of what Adele discussed with the iconic host.

In the trailer, the Someone Like You singer says: "It will look really elegant and then I'll tell a load of filthy jokes and stand-up, so it'll be real whiplash!"

The clip then cuts to Adele singing Rolling In The Deep in an 'extraordinary concert performance that includes the earliest opportunity to hear her first new material in six years'.

It will be a two-hour special that will air on the US channel on November 14. Adele One Night Only will air on ITV later this month.

The singer has been preparing to release her album, 30, on November 19.

Oprah said in the trailer: "It's a very special night, join me when I interview the one and only Adele."

The singer then said to the camera: "I invite you to join me for one night only."

Adele had previously revealed that her upcoming album is inspired by her divorce.

She will open up about her split from Simon Konecki, 47, in her songs and hopes their son will listen to it one day and understand her pain.

The singer said one of the tracks on her upcoming record contains a message about her boy Angelo, nine, while she was panicking.

She said: “It’s in the song about my son, it’s at the end, in the outro. I was really frightened.

“I was having an anxiety attack and I called my best friend to try to talk to her to calm me down but she didn’t bloody answer.

“It shines some light on ... I’m talking about my son in the rest of the song, and once I put him to bed I can stop putting on that brave face.”
