An Adelaide man has scooped a $2.4 million prize, with the only division one winning ticket in Tuesday's Oz Lotto draw.
The man, who bought his ticket online, runs a small business and plans to use the cash to ease back on his workload after paying off his home mortgage.
"My partner and I run our own business, and we've been working extremely hard at the moment to get it going," he said in a statement on Wednesday.
"This will make it just much easier and take the pressure off.
"It will be great to cut back down on work a little bit."
Oz Lotto officials said the man, who asked not to be identified, was advised of his win by phone.
It came after 15 division one prizes were claimed in 2019/20 worth $212 million.
