Plans to turn a prominent business hub into an apart-hotel complex have been submitted to Belfast City Council.
The Adelaide Business Centre in West Belfast , is the subject of the multi-million pound, mixed-use scheme.
If successful, the plans, designed by Coogan and Co Architects, will include the development of an 87 bed hotel and 26 serviced apartments.
The 157,000 sq ft site, will also house 14 business studios and 10 live and work studios, with provisions for 247 car parking spaces.
The design for the building, which will vary in height from three to six storeys, includes courtyard gardens and a roof garden on the fourth floor.
The plans, submitted by Belfast based developer Kilmona Property Ltd, would see the existing site demolished.
Adelaide Business Centre is currently two storeys with 46 units, 57% of which are occupied. Current tenants include We Buy Any Car, Clear Pharmacy, Irish Football Association and Signature Works.
