Additional 30,000 tickets for Rugby World Cup to go on sale

An additional 30,000 tickets for the Rugby World Cup are to go on sale at 10am on Thursday 25 June, including five matches at Twickenham.

There will be 3,000 tickets for the opening ceremony and England v Fiji on Friday 18 September, 4,000 for each of the Twickenham quarter-finals, as well as tickets for Australia v Wales on Saturday 10 October and France v Italy on Saturday 19 September.

The newly released tickets are a mixture of handbacks from the Rugby World Cup Limited commercial programme, extra seats from the venues and tickets that have been registered for resale from fans that can no longer use them.

Opening ceremony and England v Fiji at Twickenham, Friday 18 September, 8pm

France v Italy at Twickenham, Saturday 19 September, 8pm

Australia v Wales at Twickenham, Saturday 10 October, 4.45pm

Quarter-final 1: at Twickenham, Saturday 17 October, 4pm

Quarter-final 4: at Twickenham, Sunday 18 October, 4pm
